Woohoo! I'm back!!!! With the princess' Back to School mani!

So I finally have a PC to post from...we'll see how long it lasts, as it's sort of a franken itself, but I have been waiting to share my sweet girl's back to school mani.  She started 3rd grade this year, and we matched her nails to the outfit she chose for the first day.  What do you think?

Friendly Friday and mani theme of the week...

My dear girlfriends and I ( including my sister-blog, Mommy Does Her Nails) get together ever week, and among other things, we pool our polishes and nail art supplies to pretty up for the weekend.  I forgot to grab my camera so here's the results of this week, courtesy of Mommy Does Her Nails:

I redid my favorite theme of this week, because my earlier version (pictured below) got ruined by my dear darling monsters children before the topcoat set.  :)

 Expert eyes might spot that this was done with Sally Hansen "Crushed" and Zoya "Jancyn".  I love the bright, summery way these colors play off each other, so I knew I'd be revisiting them again soon - which I did, on Friday. 
I added some stamping with Zoya "Kimmy" which stamped surprisingly well!  Finished off the look with the gold - based Northern Lights Hologram topcoat, which gives it this amazing sparkle:

A pretty little thing called "Dove"

Can I just say, I love grey?  Zoya Dove is a lovely pale grey the goes on smooth like butter. 

Today, I decided to pair Dove with a single coat of Northern Lights Hologram topcoat - just a bit of shimmer.  Three coats will bring you some true bling, without being chunky.

And to top it off, I decided to stamp with my newest Zoya love, Ki.  Ki is pretty sheer, so you don't get the full effect of her oil spill charm, but it's still lovely.
